The project consists of the construction, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and rectification of all defects, and value engineering of the IGG Industrial Facilities: 5 Production Facilities (Steel Structure Warehouses), 1 Utility Steel Structure Warehouse, Substation, Mechanical Equipment Building, and Control Building distributed over 60000 m2 plot with full infrastructure.
The scope of work includes:
- Finishing works: curtain wall, aluminum cladding panels, ceramic tiles, wooden doors (normal & fire rated), aluminum windows (normal & fire rated), glass partitions, epoxy floorings (normal & self-leveling), intumescent paint for steel structure, false ceiling (gypsum board), cubicles for toilets.
- Civil works: steel reinforcement for ground beams, columns, slab on grade, and foundations for CNC machines, concrete works, waterproofing (combo system), masonry works, plaster works.
- Earthworks: excavation of trial pits, excavation for utilities and backfilling, cutting ground to required level.
- Road works: applying subgrade material and base course material, installation of interlock, applying asphalt and Installation of curbstones.
- HVAC systems: VRF system for offices in each building, package units system for each building (high bay area), AHU for fresh air, exhaust air fans.
- Firefighting system: fire pumping set for sprinkler, FHC and fire hydrants networks, FM200 for electrical and generator rooms, smoke management system.
- Plumbing system: booster pumps for water supply and irrigation networks, GRP tanks, sewerage networks, stormwater management system with soakaway tank.
- Air compressed system: air compressors, air dryers, piping network underground and exposed in warehouses.
- Electrical systems: substation, generator, lighting and power.
- Low current systems: telephone, data, fire alarm, access control, BMS, and CCTV systems.
